Terms and Conditions 

1. All promotion items are valid for the Jom Bonanza event located at Ogawa HQ, Kota Kemuning only, from 26th July 2024 – 4th August 2024, not including Ogawa retail outlets. *While stocks last.
2. Offers are applicable for Ogawa and Ihoco brands only. 
3. A minimum spent of RM2,000 is required to receive an instant rebate of RM50. This offer is valid only for purchases made with Maybank cards. 
4. Warranty period may vary depending on each promotional item and will be stated accordingly on sales order.
5. Promotion items may include new, demo, or activated units.
6. Promotion items cannot be used in conjunction with in-store vouchers, discount codes, and affordability programs (e.g., Free Shipping code, payment options with GRAB, ATOME).
7. Courier charges are not included in the promotion price. 
8. While all efforts are made to ensure accurate pricing and other details, inadvertent errors may occur from time to time. Healthy World Lifestyle Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to correct any errors without prior notice.
9. Healthy World Lifestyle Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to amend or alter the Terms and Conditions of this Jom Bonanza at any time without prior notice.

DAILY LUCKY DRAW Terms & Condition

1. Lucky Draw Duration
   • The lucky draw will run daily from 26th July 2024 – 4th August 2024 for the Jom Bonanza event located at Ogawa HQ, Kota Kemuning only, not including Ogawa retail outlets.
2. Eligibility
   • Participants must be residents of Malaysia and aged 18 years or above.
   • Like and share Jom Bonanza post on the Ogawa Malaysia Facebook page to be entitled for 1 lucky draw entry.
   • A minimum spend of RM3,000 and above in a single receipt at Jom Bonanza event located at Ogawa HQ, Kota Kemuning, from 26th July 2024 – 4th August 2024 qualifies for 1 extra chance in the lucky draw.
   • Employees of Healthy World Lifestyle Sdn. Bhd., and any other parties directly involved in organizing, promoting, or conducting the contest are ineligible to participate.
3. Winner Selection and Notification
   • Winners will be announced on the spot during the lucky draw session.
4. Prizes
   • Details of prizes will be communicated to the winners during the lucky draw.
   • Prizes must be claimed in person on the spot except for the bulky items such as massage chairs, which will be arranged delivery to the winners after confirmation of the delivery date.
   • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and may not be substituted, except by Healthy World Lifestyle Sdn. Bhd. who reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of comparable value.
5. Privacy
   • By participating, entrants agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for the purposes of managing and administering the contest.
6. General
   • The Management reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the contest and any of these terms and conditions without prior notice.
   • By entering the lucky draw, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any decisions made by Healthy World Lifestyle Sdn. Bhd. in relation to the lucky draw, which are final and binding in all respects.
   • Healthy World Lifestyle Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the lucky draw, or to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions.
7. Liability
   • Healthy World Lifestyle Sdn. Bhd. will not be responsible for any entries that are not received due to technical issues or for any other reason.
   • Healthy World Lifestyle Sdn. Bhd. and its affiliates will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by any participant or any other person as a result of participation in the lucky draw or the use of any prize.
