29th Anniversary: Spend and Win Contest Terms & Conditions

Stand a chance to win iPhone 16 Pro, Master Drive AI 2.0, and many other prizes worth RM1,000,000. To participate in this Contest, each participant will be subject to the Organiser's Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy where applicable. Please read these terms before participating. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, please do not enter the Contest.

A. Eligibility

1. This Contest is valid in Malaysia only and is open to all Malaysian citizens, residents, work permit holders, and valid Malaysia pass holders who are aged 18 years and above.
2. Persons ineligible and excluded from this Contest are:
   • Employees of the Promoter, Healthy World Lifestyle Sdn. Bhd.; and/or their respective advertising, fulfilment and promotion agencies;
   • Affiliates and subsidiaries and the immediate families (spouses, and parents, siblings, children and each of their spouses and household members) of each of the above;
   • Persons who are prohibited under the laws of their country of citizenship, residency or domicile to participate in any games of chance and/or skill, or this Contest.

B. Contest Period

1. The contest begins on 30th June 2025 and ends on 30th September 2025 ("Promotion Period"). Redemptions are invalid outside this period.
2. Any entries received after the stipulated date will be disqualified. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the contest duration at any time.

C. How to Participate

1. To participate in the Contest, the contestant must purchase a minimum of RM8,500 worth of OGAWA products in a single receipt. Every RM8,500 is equivalent to one entry. For example, purchase RM25,500 and get 3 scratch cards.
2. Once the contestant purchases the product, the contestant will receive the scratch card based on the value of the purchase.
3. Redemption will need to be made on the spot.
4. You may redeem the prize shown on the card. Only one (1) unit of prize per card redemption.
5. Customers who purchase V-ACCENTO, MEISTER, MAESTRO, or BIOVIS will have an extra reward, entitling them to join the iPhone Lucky Draw.
6. Prizes are NOT exchangeable OR refundable for cash, products, and/or any services.
7. By participating in this promotion, you agree to allow Healthy World Lifestyle Sdn. Bhd. to collect and use your personal details such as name, likeness, photo & prize details for marketing & promotional purposes without additional compensation.
8. Healthy World Lifestyle Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to disqualify any participants who violate these terms and conditions or attempt to manipulate the promotion in any way.
9. By redeeming the prize shown on this card, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms & conditions.
10. Legal actions will be taken against any unauthorized duplication and printing of this card.

D. Prizes Redemption

There is a total of one thousand three hundred and sixteen (1,316) prizes to be won throughout the contest period, as follows:

1. OGAWA (‘The Organiser’) reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the prizes at any time without prior notice. The values of the prizes are correct at the time of printing. All prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or convertible to monetary value, credit, other items, or vouchers, in part or in full.
2. All winners must abide by the terms and conditions of the parties arranging and/or providing for the prizes and the terms and conditions attached to the prizes, if any.
