Maestro Special Warranty
- OGAWA Maestro massage chair Special General Warranty includes On-Site Service, Spare Parts & Labour Fee for
SIXTY (60)* months commence based on Date of Delivery referring to Delivery Order.
- ONE (1) time FREE Leather Change (Pillow, Backrest Pad with Seatrest and Footrest) for OGAWA Maestro massage chair within the sixty (60) months regardless damage/non damage*
- Maestro Special Warranty is only applicable for selected Promo Item Code*, for other massage chair model(s) or item code(s), kindly refer to General Warranty at https://www.ogawaworld.net/general-warranty.html.
*Remark: Kindly refer at the bottom of this page for the selected Promo Item Code.

- Maestro Special Leather Warranty are claimable within entitled calendar years or ONE (1) time change (based on highlighted leather part(s) lodged in OGAWA System); whichever is earlier.
- Should there be no claim under the Maestro Special Leather Warranty within entitled calendar years effective upon date of delivery, any requests made after the entitled calendar in respect to the leather replacement shall be charged accordingly
- If a claim has been made ONCE under the Maestro Special Leather Warranty (within entitled calendar years based on selected Promo Item Code* effective upon date of delivery), notwithstanding the leather part(s) involved, then any further request(s) on leather replacement; there shall be a fee(s) charged accordingly
- Decorative Panel & Hood and leather part(s) which not mentioned at point 2 does not constitute a defect claimable under the Maestro Special Leather Warranty.
- Maestro Special Leather Warranty does not cover component(s) related to product(s) functionality. For any component(s) related to product(s) functionality, kindly refer to General Warranty at https://www.ogawaworld.net/general-warranty.html.
- If any component(s) related to product(s)’ functionality and/or malfunctions during Maestro Special Leather Warranty service, it will be served under the General Warranty; and a fee(s) shall be imposed accordingly if and when General Warranty expires.
- Maestro Special Warranty service request must be performed by OGAWA authorized service provider and within Malaysia only. On-Site Service appointment(s) shall be arranged by OGAWA Service Team upon agreement between OGAWA Service Team and customer(s).
- Maestro Special Warranty does not apply to rental, business, commercial, institutional, or other non-residential users
- Maestro Special Warranty is not transferrable.
- Maestro Special Warranty to be applicable and claimable for the selected Promo Item Code*, customer(s) are required to register at https://www.ogawaworld.net/e-warranty.html for entitlement. A confirmation email shall be sent to customer(s) upon registration.
- If there is any service is required, customer(s) are OBLIGED to prepare all the following attachment(s):
- Sales Order, confirmation email and/or proof of ownership
- Photo(s) or video(s) on the massage chair(s) condition
- For non-new unit(s) which includes, but not limited to Demonstration (also known as Demo)/Display unit(s), Special Promotion unit(s) or Clearance unit(s) are NOT ENTITLED for this warranty.
- Maestro Special Warranty is applicable to original purchase(s) within Malaysia at Ogawa outlet only. This warranty is not applicable to any OGAWA product(s) purchased from other countries, including but not limited to, OGAWA Singapore, OGAWA Hong Kong, OGAWA China, OGAWA Vietnam or OGAWA Philippines. In the event if any service request of OGAWA product(s) which are not included in this warranty, a fee(s) shall be imposed.
*REMARK: Maestro Special Warranty is only applicable for new unit purchased with selected Promo Item Code P2301066, P2301067, P2301068, P2302021, P2302022, P2304123, P2304124, P2304127, P2304128, P2307013, P2307014, P2307015, P2307016, P2307021, P2307022, P2307023 and P2307024 stated on the printed copy sales order.
