Yes, every OGAWA product do comes with a standard warranty period. Depending which category of product you have purchased. Example, all OGAWA massage chairs comes with a Standard Two (2) Years Warranty unless stated otherwise.

Why OGAWA no longer issue warranty cards for my new purchase?

To support go green environment, OGAWA has stopped printing and issuing warranty cards for new purchases. We have upgraded our backend system to automatically capture customer’s purchase with the warranty remark.

Our system is able to track your warranty based on the given name, phone number, NRIC/Identification number, address and email which was given during your purchase.
