Payment Policy

The following payment policies will apply to all purchase made with OGAWA through OGAWA website:-

Payments can be made using the following VISA and/or MASTERCARD credit cards issued by Alliance Bank, Affin Bank, AmBank, Citibank, CIMB Bank, Hong Leong Bank, HSBC Bank, Maybank, Public Bank, OCBC Bank, UOB Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and RHB Bank only.

Other payment methods such as Cheque, Cash and ATM cards are not accepted.

Billing Information submitted must be the same as your credit card statement.

Do note that your payment is processed by Sdn. Bhd. Please review the policy of Sdn. Bhd. before you complete the payment.

We may request you to send a photocopy of your credit card (both front and back) and your credit card statement (only the portion which shows the credit card number, billing address issuer bank’s logo) to us for verification to prevent any fraud orders/purchase.
Healthy World Lifestyle Sdn. Bhd. reserve the rights to cancel your purchase/order and/or suspend delivery of your goods should the information submitted by you is not in order or the above documentations upon requested.

All payment(s) made are not refundable after confirmation of order unless there are any faulty conditions appear on the product(s) delivered to you. As such, Healthy World Lifestyle Sdn. Bhd. reserves the rights to examine and conclude final result at any circumstances if such cases happen.
