What are OGAWA's operating hours?

OGAWA Singapore Headquarters operates Mondays to Fridays from 9am to 5.30pm. For outlet operating hours, please refer to Store Locator.

Can I purchase massage products directly from the OGAWA Singapore Warehouse?

Yes, you can visit our showroom at OGAWA Headquarters located at T5@Tampines, 27 Tampines Industrial Avenue 5 S528623. Strictly by appointment only. Only for weekdays between 10am to 5pm. Only display and demo sets available for purchase.

What modes of payment do we accept?

Our cashiers accept cash, nets, debit, credit cards and valid original OGAWA vouchers.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

Your order is confirmed once you have successfully made a deposit/cash transaction.

Will there be any administrative charges if I choose to pay by debit/credit cards?

There will be no administrative charges.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order once full/partial payment has been made.

SECTION B: Delivery FAQs

Can I schedule the time for delivery?

Yes you can. However do note that delivery arrangements are subjected to availability for slots. Simply call our hotline at 1800-888-1818 during Mondays to Fridays from 9am to 5.30pm.

Our normal delivery timing for week days (Mon to Fri) will be from 10am to 1pm and from 2pm to 5pm. Sat only from 10am to 1pm. No delivery on PH and Sundays.

Delivery charges are FOC for massage chairs deliveries only. Charges apply for selected items. Terms and conditions do apply. Please call 1800-888-1818 for more information.

What information should I give to ensure a smooth delivery?

Please confirm your delivery address, the type of home (e.g. HDB, Condo, Bungalow, Loft etc), and if required, the level of where the OGAWA massage product is intended to be placed at (e.g. 2nd or 3rd floor). Ensure that you provide the contact number of the person receiving the product.

How do I arrange for servicing for my massage chair?

Please contact OGAWA Customer Service directly at 1800-888-1818 to schedule an appointment.

Where can I send my product for repair?

You may bring your product to any of our OGAWA outlets in Singapore to request for a repair. Collection can be arranged at the same outlet. Please bring along the invoice/receipt of purchase for verification of warranty. If warranty period has expired, our technical support team will contact you for a repair quotation before proceeding with any repairs. Terms and conditions do apply.

Can I extend my warranty period?

How can I purchase the OGAWACARE Package?

The OGAWACARE Package is only applicable for the OGAWA Master Drive. During your initial purchase at the outlet, you can request immediate purchase of the OGAWACARE Package. Is there a validity period for me to purchase the OGAWACARE Package?
