Y.A.M. RAJA DATO SERI AZUREEN BINTI SULTAN AZLAN SHAH
Independent Non-Executive Director
Y.A.M Raja Dato Seri Azureen Bt Sultan Azlan Shah, aged 52, a Malaysian, was appointed as an Independent Non- Executive Director of OWB on 8 February 2007.
Y.A.M. Raja Dato Seri Azureen Bt Sultan Azlan Shah is a member of OWB’s Audit
Committee. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Mathematics/Economics) degree from Syracuse University, New
York in 1979 and a Master of Business Administration degree from The London Business School, University of London in 1982. She is the President of Masterskill College of Nursing & Health.
She is actively involved in various social welfare and charitable activities. She was President of the National Society for the Deaf from 1996 to 2006. She is now its Patron. She is also the Patron of Riding for the Disabled, Malaysia, Patron of the Perak Ladies Club (Federal Territory and Selangor) and Patron of Friends of the
National Library.
She does not have any family relationships with any director and/or major shareholder of the Group, nor any conflict of interest in any business arrangement involving the Company.
Y.A.M Raja Dato Seri Azureen Bt Sultan Azlan Shah has no other directorship in any public companies. She has not been convicted of any offences within the past 10 years.
